Do I need drawings before you visit?
No — plenty of projects start with nothing but an idea. If drawings are needed we'll say so, and we can point you towards architects we work with regularly.
Can you visit evenings or weekends?
We'll always try to work around you. Tell us what suits in the form and we'll confirm the closest slot we can do.
Does the consultation commit me to anything?
Not at all. It's a conversation at your home, followed by a written quote if you'd like one. Whether you go ahead — with us or anyone — is entirely up to you.
How soon can work actually start?
It depends on the project and our current schedule — we'd rather give you an honest date than an optimistic one. We'll tell you lead times at the visit.
